Yoga mat spray

As an admitted germophobe, I love using yoga mat disinfectants after my yoga classes. This antibacterial yoga mat spray from our friends at CraftBits does the trick.
Ingredients:
Filtered water
1/4 cup of Vinegar
3 tbs Alcohol
Eucalyptus essential oil
1 tsp Tea Tree Oil
spray bottle
Directions:

Not only are these green tea bath bags are easy to make, but green tea is great for the skin, as the the polyphenols in green tea have anti-inflammatory properties.
1 cup Green tea leaves
1/4 cup Lavender buds
1/8 cup Chamomile flowers
4 tbs Dried lemon peel
8 drops Bergamot essential oil
5 drops Chamomile essential oil
