The Sacramento Bee recently reported that Bella Soap Company is back. Louise Dutton started the company nine years ago when she & her husband began making all-natural soap and other products such as lotions and shampoos. Due to issues in attaining high-quality goat’s milk for her products, Dutton decided to shut down her operation.
