Genmai or brown rice miso mixed with honey makes a rich and delicious body paste. Miso is full of skin smoothing amino acids. extend this to your face for a nourishing treat.

YOU WILL NEED

2 tablespoons of honey

1 tablespoon brown rice miso

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

1. Combine the ingredients to form a smooth paste.

2. Spread over a clean, damp body, leave on for 10 – 15 minutes, then rinse well.
