<p><a href="http://bathnbody.craftgossip.com/files/2011/09/18.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-6485" src="http://bathnbody.craftgossip.com/files/2011/09/18.jpg" alt="" width="240" height="162" /></a>Thanks to Christine @ <strong><a href="http://www.howdoimakesoap.com/">How Do I Make Soap</a> </strong>for sharing her Marching Mummies with CraftGossip. Here are a few tips from Christine to help you on your way.</p>
<p><em>&#8220;These soap mummies are made using a mini person silicone mold. This is a great versatile soap mold that can be used to make mini soaps or as embeds in other soap creations. The key to success in making these little mummies is coating them with the soap string. Soap must not be to hot or the soap will spread, let your soap cool to about 120 degrees and work quickly. Also try working in smaller batches of six when stringing the mummies. This will assure your soap doesn’t seize up on you too quickly.&#8221; </em></p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-6484" src="http://bathnbody.craftgossip.com/files/2011/09/17.jpg" alt="" width="312" height="42" /></p>
<p>Oh!  and if you are new to this you  are probably wondering where you can go to buy everything to get started right?  Check out How Do I Make Soap&#8217;s Online Etsy Store <strong><a href="http://www.etsy.com/shop/latherandlotions">&#8220;Lather &amp; Lotions Soap Making Supplies&#8221;</a> </strong>they have everything you need there. Lather and Lotions also offer many levels of soap making classes as well as other bath and body workshops in their Fort Wayne centre, you can explore that further by clicking <strong><a href="http://www.howdoimakesoap.com/classe/"> here</a></strong></p>

This shop also features <a href="http://www.etsy.com/people/primitiveearth" target="_blank">lip butter</a>, <a href="http://www.etsy.com/people/primitiveearth" target="_blank">loose leaf tea</a>, and <a href="http://www.etsy.com/people/primitiveearth" target="_blank">decorative soy candles</a>. The shop owner, Amanda, also teaches <a href="http://www.primitivesoaps.info/?f" target="_blank">soap making workshops</a> in Virginia.</p>
