  I just can’t get enough of Chloe’s Nails nail art, now I am not sure what you think of when you look at these nails, for me personally I think of wrapping paper. You will need OPI La Paz-itively Matte, Claires 14 Karats and Sinfuls Black on Black as well as a steady hand.  Mix it up colour wise if you must.
