Hand Sanitizer Recipes

Soap Queen posted several recipes for homemade hand sanitizer as shared on the Martha Stewart Sirius Radio Show. These recipes allow you to make sanitizer in your own home without most of the chemicals that are found in most store-bough sanitizers.

    If the recipe doesn’t include alcohol (rubbing, not drinking!) then these recipes won’t kill germs. And it has to be a significant amount of alcohol too.

    How come no one does the story about the new sanitizers on the market which are alcohol-free? There are new products that kill 3 times the germs, work up to 30 minutes, and they are safer to use than alcohol.
