
This is the perfect article for me, not just because I am a Mom and I am tired, but because it’s Christmas time and I am sure 90% of Moms burn out at this time of year. Life is exhausting every day for me and I do try and get more sleep which I think is my downfall. I love sleep, but I also love it when the house is quiet at night and I don’t have to be “responsible” for anything. This of course leads to later than I would like bedtimes. One other tip would be to get a medical checkup, I know low iron is a big thing for the woman in my family So I make sure that I keep on top of that too.
