
I know I must be eating my salads all wrong, because the scales tell quite a different story. Every morning I start my diet and every afternoon I crash, get tired and eat whatever like a raccoon in a camp site kitchen. I scurry around biting this and that not really sure of what I want other than to keep my eyes open and sanity in tact until the kids reach bed time. 2pm. That’s my crash time problem is I pick the kids from school at 2:30 where I need to be on the ball and most of all have patience. Any tips and tricks from other moms?
