BENEFITS OF TAHINI

Tahini is a source of calcium, protein and B vitamins, also a good source of essential fatty acids (EFA), these EFA’s are used in helping to maintain healthy skin.

With high levels of vitamin E tahini helps to reduce the rate of ageing in body cells. ( That can’t be a bad thing )

MAKE YOUR OWN MASK

To soften and moisturise dry skin, spread some tahini over your face and leave for 10 – 15 minutes or mix it with a fruit mask.

Tahini can be purchased from the supermarket or health food stores.

Well,this is certainly a new idea for Tahini. I will give it a try, have it on hand as its a staple item for cooking. And our weather is do drying, its worth seeing if it works. Thanks for the idea.
