You might recall my post a few weeks ago on the End of Year sale over at Simplybridal.com. What you don’t know is that they sent me out a new party dress of my choice. It took me over a week just to make a decision as there was so many dresses I liked. In the end I went with this lovely retro feel dress. Knee Length Taffeta Sweetheart Dress in teal. At $99.00 it makes for a very affordable fashion dress. Because you didn’t buy it from a fashion store you can be pretty sure no one else is going to walk into the room wearing the exact same dress. Yes this happens to me a lot, not dresses but blouses and usually at school pickup (oh the shame)
It’s hard to see past the “Bridal” element when looking at the dress online but I hope I have changed that view for you, I have styled this dress with a pop of Fashion.
I am wearing these Ivanka Trump Glitter Heels and a simple black clutch. I had to add my touch of personal style (statement necklace) and went for a quick sock bun up do hair style. With the kids helping/distracting me I managed to get dressed in around 30 mins, including makeup and shower. 30 mins is probably the total “allowed” time a mother gets in the bathroom right?.
