I drink a lot of water every day… and I go to the bathroom A LOT, lol. Water doesn’t help keep my stomach full, that’s for sure. Yes, I know it’s good for you but don’t really agree it helps with weight loss.
As a child, I loved tap water and would drink it like it was going out of fashion.
However, now I drink lots of bottled water (Evian or Vittel), as the stuff that comes out of the tap stinks of chlorine. Yuk!
Water is the drink I like best other than 1 coke a day 🙂
