
Reading a book is a great way to escape life and to switch off from the world. Try and find time to read a book at least 1 hour everyday. HA HA who am I kidding! Finding an hour a day to myself! NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN! Let’s try that again. Try and find 10-15 mins an evening when the kids are in bed to read an amazing book, it will de-stress and unwind you (unless it’s 50 shades of grey then it will either irritate you or excite you)
