
I have been Googling how to DIY treat my backpain. Every morning I get up and can barely bend. It seems to have got worse since I stopped my regular routine of walking, but now it’s so stiff I don’t feel like walking. Apparently Dr Oz has some 60 second tips. I love the idea of using a Comfy compress but I don’t see me fitting that in time my morning routine. Here is a recipe for a DIY back pain salve or rub.


I gave up watching him a long time ago. I have arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, need a knee replacement & I have tried lots of “quick fixes”. I wish it were that easy!
