Ok, now this has just about everything going for it: cool nail polish, doing it yourself AND using up old eye shadow in those crazy colors that simply are not flattering to any living being but would look great on your nails. Nevertoomuchglitter takes us through a very detailed step by step tutorial…find a general overview of creating nail polish using pigments here and the tips and tricks to using eye shadow here. And cause you just cannot get enough of a good thing…here’s another tutorial from Dr. Frankenpolish (love that blog name!)
