You could jazz up this simple recipe by adding some glitter for sparkle. Try adding some lavender essential oil for some tranquility. I LOVE this idea. Good luck getting your little Picasso’s out though mine would NOT budge they were having too much fun.
Homemade Mama found that several recipes called for dish detergent to make tub paint. That seemed to harsh for paint that will be all over kids. Homemade Mama suggested using Suave Kids Free & Gentle Body Wash as it is clear and gentle on the skin. They also found that the recipe cleaned up easily, but you may want to test it first on your grout.
YOU WILL NEED
1/2 cup of body wash
5 tablespoons of cornstarch
food coloring
Mix the cornstarch with the soap. You may need to adjust the amount depending on your soap. Mix in 1 tablespoon at a time. Divide mixture into smaller bowls. Use lids to save paint for future baths . Add a drop or 2 of food coloring to each bowl and stir .
