1/2 cup of shea butter
Essential oils of choice (optional)
Ice cube tray or suitable mold
Instructions
Start by melting down your Shea Butter. I used the microwave at 30 second intervals for my butter. Next stir in 10-15 drops of an essential oil of your choice. I used a tired legs blend but you could use whatever you like.
Pour the mixture into the ice cube tray. Allow several hours to set in the fridge. Once set place into an air tight container and store in the fridge.
When required, use one block and watch as the luxurious butter melts as it touches your skin.

Could this recipe be done with coconut oil? I am allergic to shea, but have Rheumatoid Arthritis, it is so bad that I take chemo to control the disease. This rub sounds amazing!!

Coconut oil has a lower melting point. If you kept them in the fridge before you it would be fine.
