I have suffered from migraines for as long as I can remember and here is a list of the top 6 At home DIY remedies. I think I have tried them all at some point. The problem i find is when a Migraine hits I can’t recall any of these options let along try and find where my oils are. My tip would be to make a Migraine pack up, for grabbing when you are debilitated and have all the remedies in one spot.
These natural remedies won’t only help you relieve migraine, it would also keep you worry-free of any side effects that drugstore medications might have. You can try each one of these remedies and stick to what works best.
I love ginger tea when I am feeling unwell in general, I just add some ginger to my black tea, I even add milk.

My advice to you is to go see a neurosurgeon. I had them for over ten yrs & dr. told me women in their late 30’s to forties are prone to migraines. I had moved from Jersey to penn. & had to go to dr day after I had headache. When I coughed I thought my head was gonna explode from the pain–Long story short this dr said it wasn’t normal to get migraines like this. Well within a day I was getting mri of brain, & they called me within 45.00 min from appointment to tell me I had to see a neurosurgeon. Make a long story short— I had 9 tumors, which were all benign, but had to have surgery to remove the largest one. So please make sure everything is fine. 10 yrs later I’m still kicking. It’s hereditary, goes hand in hand with by-polar, which I’m not–I’m border line. I now have 13. But they keep a close watch on them
