This remedy lets you sleep very sound all night. Not to be taken by children ( for obvious reasons )
1-lemon
1/4-cup maple syrup
1/4-cup hot water
2-tablespoons brandy
Squeeze all the juice out of the lemon.
Mix lemon juice with the 1/4 cup maple syrup. Then add 1/4th-cup hot water, and 2 tablespoons of brandy (or more if you want )
DRINK.

I usually prefer black tea with lemon and scotch, but with the caffeine it’s more like a day time solution.
