Essential Oils That Improve Concentration

Do you need help with concentration? I am not just talking about with work or study, but with everyday things too. Last week my child had two events on, sports and a theatre production. Somehow, despite taking a minute when I got in the car to verbally ask “Where are we going?”, I still managed to actually drive to the wrong event.

Yep, I was 3 hours early for one thing and tick tick tick, getting later by the second for the sports event. At that moment I realized how lost my brain and how scattered my thoughts were. I didn’t feel more tired than usual but here I was sitting outside the theatre instead of the Sports field.

Whether it’s mental fatigue, not enough sleep, or because you’ve got a million other things on your mind we can all use a little extra concentration right? So here are my top 8 Essential oils for concentration.  You can use these oils in a diffuser in a massage blend or add a few drops to a carrier oil and use it in an Essential oil roller.
