Heres a simple recipe for making your own hand sanitizer, easy to make and at least you will know what is in it 🙂
YOU WILL NEED
1 cup Aloe Vera Gel (or you can make your own)
3/4 cup of rubbing alcohol
2 teaspoons vegetable glycerin
8-10 drops tea tree or lavender essential oil
Simply blend all of the ingredients together and store in a clean squeeze/pump bottle.
Why not decorate the bottle to to your own personal liking?
Updated to add: With the impending shortage of Hand Sanitizers, disinfectant cleaners, and Medical masks this DIY is a great starting point to making your own and making sure your family is protected as best they can be against, flu, Influenza A, B and Coronavirus.

What is vegatable glyerene-and where do you get it?
Nellie Lee Luhrmann says
Hi Mary
Glycerin is a clear syrupy liquid obtained from vegetable oils. It is a humecant used in moisturisers due to its water binding capabilities that allow it to draw and absorb water from the air.
You can buy vegetable glycerin here http://www.getprice.com.au/Melrose-Vegetable-Glycerine-200ml-RRP$5-95-Gpnc_531–41650129.htm You can also buy it from aromatherapy supply shops, health food stores as well as some pharmacies be sure to double check it is vegetable glycerin and not synthetically made from animal fats or propylene glycol
