Yesterday we wrote about the DIY Gym equipment to help motivate you to start exercising. Well today we thought we would share this amazing round up by Grosgrainfabulous. She shares 30, yes 30 different variations of DIY gym or exercise clothes. You don’t need to spend a $100 on a crop top (smaller than a g-string thong) or $50 on a bright over shirt for the sole purpose of sitting on top of the original $100 crop top. I hate Lorna Jane and Nike. No not them personally but for what they stand for. Overpriced/make me look cool/ I paid way too much for these/ over priced clothing items that do not aid my weight-loss.
My workout clothes consist of Walmart pants, top and over shirt. (I needed the extra layers to cover the extra fat)
I plan to grab some $2-3 t-shirts in colors and try out a few of these if not ALL of these variations. I don’t think I will go for fluro colors as lets face it fluro was invented for night vision only. Fluro is not actually intended as day wear. That’s my logic and besides I don’t exercise at night time because I wrangle kids into showers and pajamas and I just wear my Mommy clothes for that workout.
