Lavender & Oatmeal Soap Mothers Day Gift Idea

Follow this easy  soap tutorial shared with me by Melissa via  Rachelle from  Tinkerlab for mum this Mothers Day or any occasion really.  The hand painted  ( by a child ) paper is also a lovely idea. I find this idea to be very cute. You will need the following

FOR THE PAPER

* liquid watercolours

* assorted paintbrushes

* pipettes

* A big sheet of watercolour paper to cover the work area

* small pieces of heavy, absorbent tissue paper

* scissors

* large sheets of newspaper for completed paintings to dry on

* containers for paint ( try an ice cube tray )

* 1 x child :)

FOR THE SOAP

* Shea butter suspension soap base

* Olive Oil Suspension Soap Base

* Lavender Essential Oil

* Oatmeal

* Soap Moulds

* Rubbing Alcohol

* Microwave

* Glass Jug
