A peppermint compress on the back of your neck is a great way to reinvigorate yourself after a long day (or night!). Peppermint oil is a wonderfully refreshing stimulant.
1. Take a washcloth and soak it in cold water.
2. Wring out the washcloth and fold into a rectangle.
3. Sprinkle a few drops of diluted peppermint oil on the washcloth.
4. Sit down and let your head and neck hang forward. Place the compress on the back of your neck.
5. Relax and enjoy for ten minutes.
