This Headache Ice Cap Was A Life Changer For Me!
Headaches have been an issue for me for as long as I can remember, sometimes lasting hours, other times lasting a whole week. I have probably tried every headache trick at some point in my life. About 6 months ago, I purchased a Migrastil MigraFreeze Migraine Hat.
My understanding of all the TikTok trends is that it was an icepack for my headache, so what made it different? I am going to be completely honest with you, nothing. It is an icepack, but not just an icepack; it is one that wraps around your head and cradles your headache hands-free.
This allows me to actively target an approaching migraine while continuing with my tasks or work and to take it on as soon as I feel the tension building.
I 100% stand behind these in the aid of headaches, in fact I have just started getting my teenage son into using them at the onset of a headache and he loves that he can still do things with it on.
They also have a soothing neck cream, which I have not tried yet, but I do have some in my Amazon cart. If you have tried the cream please pop back and let me know your thoughts.
some of my tips for caring for your icepack. I store mine in the fridge, make sure to store it in a plastic bag though, as I found it absorbed the fridge smells and one day I took it out it smelled like an onion (updated to add, a reader told me to use this for my onion storage)

Ooh.. I wonder if I can also make a variation of it but this time it’s going to be bath bombs. I love the scent of berries and they truly makes a soothing feel in your skin right after. Thank you for sharing this. Making soaps is going to be another achievement unlocked for me.
