20 Recipes To Use CBD Oils On Your Body

I am going to assume if you have clicked through to this article you know what CBD oil is and you know whether it is legal in your country or your state. If the police come knocking on your door, make sure you don’t kill the recipe messenger.

So quick things – What is CBD oil? Cannabidiol (CBD) oil is a product thats derived from cannabis. Possible health benefits include reducing inflammation and pain. Since the oil comes from the seeds and not the leaves, flowers, or stem of the cannabis plant, hemp seed oil does not contain THC.

Whats is THC?  THC is the main psychoactive compound in cannabis that produces a high sensation.

Most CBD oils do not contain THC or very small trace amounts.

One of the easiest ways to apply CBD oil topically is by adding a few drops of CBD oil into a store-bought lotion or even vaseline.

How to Make CBD Oil with Coconut Oil:

Calming CBD Facial Oil:
1 oz. jojoba oil
4 drops lavender essential oil
4 drops chamomile essential oil
3 drops frankincense essential oil
10 drops CBD oil
Mix all the ingredients in a glass dropper bottle. Apply a few drops to your face and neck, massage gently and let it absorb.

Soothing CBD Body Butter:
1/2 cup shea butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup jojoba oil
10-15 drops CBD oil
5 drops peppermint essential oil
Melt the shea butter and coconut oil in a double boiler. Once melted, remove from heat and add the jojoba oil, CBD oil, and peppermint essential oil. Mix well and let it cool until it solidifies. Whip the mixture using a hand mixer until it reaches a creamy consistency. Store in a glass jar and use as a body butter.

Anti-Aging CBD Face Serum:
1 oz. rosehip oil
10 drops CBD oil
4 drops geranium essential oil
4 drops patchouli essential oil
4 drops carrot seed oil
Combine all the ingredients in a glass dropper bottle. Shake well before use. Apply a few drops to your face and neck every night before bed.

CBD Bath Bombs:
1 cup baking soda
1/2 cup citric acid
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup Epsom salt
2 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. water
10-15 drops of CBD oil
10 drops of lavender essential oil
Dried lavender buds (optional)
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the coconut oil, water, CBD oil, and lavender essential oil. Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and mix until it resembles wet sand. Press the mixture into molds and let it dry overnight. Drop one bath bomb into your bath and relax!
