So  I was sent out  a months supply ( one bottle a day ) of BEYOND™ coconut water by  MILLK PR. This virtually tasteless liquid that I drank religiously daily works.  I  have no doubt it does all of the above mentioned but one thing it does really well is PREVENT HANGOVERS!!!!! yes that’s right I think everyone needs to know about  this no matter how much I drank ( all in the name of research ) if I followed my ritual (which is my favourite way to have BEYOND™) which consisted of the following

* 1 x small glass filled with ice

I would slowly poor the coconut water over the ice, I like it ice cold. I would slowly sip it before going to sleep and when I would wake up I would feel pretty good all things considered. I have now got all my girlfriends onto it.

I would wake up spritely and do something totally unheard of after a night out  like clean the house. I would recommend Beyond to labouring women ( where were you when I was giving birth ) rehydrated and energised without compromising digestion. My son had a bit of vomiting and was not eating or drinking  sufficient amounts so I gave him regular small amounts over the day and he not only felt better but quite seriously informed me that he liked his special drink and would like to have one a day too.

I made a mojito on vodka substituting lemonade with  Beyond Coconut water tasted great whilst hydrating, now theres an idea
