Sagging stomach skin is a problem many women (and men) suffer from. Okay not all of us are “suffering” but for some people it is an issue they deal with every day. I think looking after our bodies has never been as popular as now. Of course with extreme weight loss comes loose skin. For 99% of woman (I made this figure up) babies also mean loose skin. Babies and weight gain (during pregnancy) is where my loose skin comes from. In hindsight, I probably was more concerned about the wrong thing. I was told to be concerned with stretch marks, not about skin with no elasticity in it. (so that it could bounce back later).
I am trying many different ways to get my sagging stomach skin looking its best. I don’t think anyone way is the answer and I certainly don’t think there is a non-surgical cure for extreme cases. I have to admit though, mine is only slight and only bothers me when I sit down and I feel the little rolls. It doesn’t really matter to me what it “looks” like as I have no intentions of wearing a bikini.

I am updating this post about how to tighten your sagging skin to include a new technique I am trying. I have been derma roller needling my face for the past year and decided to give it a go on my stomach, it’s only been a few weeks, and to be honest, I do tend to forget to roll the loose skin on my stomach, but it is a habit I am trying to create before bed once a week. I find the needling of my face a little stingy, so prefer to do it before sleeping. My face has seen good results so I am hopeful for my stomach, I will update this post and let you know how the needling goes on my saggy skin.
